Karma Lhatrul Rinpoche (b.1983), began his path of spiritual enlightenment at the age of three years old. He was taken to a monastery in Northeast IndiaAfter 20 years of Buddhist meditation and yoga practice, Karma decided to return home to Bhutan for a short period of time. After living a monastic life for that long, everything felt completely new and different being back home.

His film “Tshorwa-The Inner Call”, won a total of seven awards of which three were in the major categories- the best visual editor, cinematography and background score in 16th Bhutanese National Film Awards.
